We speak English and German. - Non smoking room.
- Free outside car park (always open)
- This house is not accessible to visitors in wheelchairs.
- Well educated pets welcome upon request when you book your stay , and after agreement of the B&B (25 euros per night). Pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the pool area.
To book
- Lodging of 30% of the total stay price has to be paid when you book (with a minimum of one night). You can pay by transfer, credit card or by sending a cheque.
- The booking is effective when the deposit is payed. The remaining amount is to be paid the day of your arrival, by cheque or cash.
- Any stay, once started, must be fully paid.
General Terms and Conditions
- Low-season : from November 1st to March 31 (except Christmas holidays and Easter weekend)
- Mid-season : from April 1st to April 30 and from October 1st to October 31 (+ Easter weekend)
- High-saison : from May, 12th 2021 to September, 18th 2021 and from December, 17th 2021 to January, 2nd 2022.
- Very high season : from July 1st to August 31
In the rooms Secrets de Voyages and Entre Terre et Mer, possibility to add up to 2 people. Possibility to add up to 3 people in the room Ivresse des Sens.
If you choose a room with a kitchen (Ivresse des Sens, Secrets de Voyages et Entre Terre et Mer and Terre d’Ô), you can decide to not take the breakfast and get a €10 discount per person, and per night on the total price. Please specify upon reservation.
Payment and cancellation details
You must cancel your stay 3 months (90 days) prior your arrival. After this, we'll keep the deposit.
Important : Cancellations must be reported with a phone call and a confirmation e-mail to lademeureinsoupconnee@gmail.com. We charge a general fee of €20 to manage it.
You must pay the total price of the stay if you cancel 21 days or less prior your arrival. We'll sent you an invoice for the reimbursement by your travel insurance.
